30 DAY CHALLENGE!


So I decided to do another 30 day healthy eating and exercise challenge( I say this whilst eating a packet of biscuits lol) because after the last one back in September, I feel like I put some of the weight on again...oh well we're not all perfect! 
I'll be using the same food diary system with the numbered pages which will be my count down. I have been looking over my previous food diary to see if there were any interesting recipes that were consistent throughout the month so that I can add them to my eating plan.


So far I have noticed the benefit of eating my dinner earlier at 6pm as opposed to 8pm or 9pm and not eating anything after that. It was a bad habit of mine. My husband and I do movie night once a week  which consists of watching a movie at home very late at night and stuffing our faces with crap. This was a problem for me since I couldn't eat the crisps, cheese on toast, chocolates, biscuits, ice cream and fizzy drinks! So my plan is not to completely deprive myself of food but to eat a small amount of fruit and a glass of water...maybe a handful of popcorn. :)


Advantages
Clothes starting to look much better on you
People telling you that you look slimmer
Having more energy
Generally feel better and happier
Trying new foods

Disadvantages
Eating by yourself because of your strict food timings
Watching people eat forbidden foods
Weighing yourself and not noticing much of a change
Feeling like you want to give up 
Visiting friends and family and not being able to eat the delicious desserts


Alongside the eating plan I will be doing exercise like walking, using the exercise bike, dancing and workouts everyday because as we all know, eating healthy is not enough.

I will be starting on the 1st of November and counting down.

I will post most of my meals daily on Instagram on WITHLOVEWITHLOVE if anyone is interested in following me or joining me. But I will try to do a weekly post on my progress. 
There's nothing worse that doing these things on your own, especially when the rest of your family are not sharing your healthy eating plan. But do not be discouraged, as long as you make your meals as tasty and as interesting as they could possibly be then you will not feel tempted to eat any forbidden foods.
